1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Ephemay, initiating runtime compilations, or purchasing credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our transient runtime platform.

2. Nature of Transient Services

Ephemay provides on-demand, algorithmic compilation of disposable, Ephemeral web applications. You acknowledge and accept the following fundamental architectural properties:

• Ephemeral Lifespan: Standard instances self-terminate 24 hours after creation. Ephemay is not an archival database or long-term storage facility.
• User Responsibility for Export: While prompt references and snapshots are preserved in your archive, runtime sandbox execution states are ephemeral. You are solely responsible for downloading or exporting business data prior to instance dissolution.

3. Credits, Fuel & Billing

• Fuel Consumption: Compiling an application deducts a fixed 10 credits from your available balance. Built-in Python computations and mathematical transforms are unmetered.
• Rollover Guarantee: Unused credits acquired via subscriptions or add-on packs roll over indefinitely and do not expire.
• Interruption Protection: If a compilation fails due to kernel infrastructure errors, consumed credits are automatically credited back to your balance.
• Subscriptions: Monthly plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the billing cycle end date via your billing portal.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to utilize Ephemay to forge applications intended for:

• Phishing, credential harvesting, malware dissemination, or deceptive social engineering.
• Automated denial-of-service attempts or unauthorized vulnerability scanning.
• Processing illegal, defamatory, or strictly prohibited content under applicable laws.

Violations of this acceptable use policy may result in immediate instance termination and account suspension without refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ephemay provides AI-compiled transient code on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for rigorous precision and deterministic state safety, we do not warrant that compiled code will be completely bug-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for mission-critical, life-safety operations.
